Marc was born and raised in Upstate N.Y. in the Adirondack Mountains. He spent much of his youth fishing, hunting and shooting. Before graduating from high school, he joined the United States Marine Corps. Marc spent the next four years after High School in the Marine Corps as an Infantryman and Barracks Duty Marine in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. After his time in the Marine Corps, Marc joined the National Guard and spent nearly nineteen years in the traditional National Guard and then an additional sixteen years on active duty. During that time, he got his Associates Degree in Law Enforcement and spent seven and a half years as a Deputy Sheriff and Police Officer in Central Minnesota. There he was trained as his department's use of force and firearms instructor by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.
Also, during this time, Marc was presented with an opportunity to go back on Active Duty in the National Guard as an Army Cavalry Scout and Infantry Instructor. This position did not allow Marc to retire from active duty, so he pursued an Active Guard/Reservist (AGR) instructor position in Idaho and moved to Idaho in 2009 to finish his military career and retire. During the following years, Marc went to the Army’s prestigious Master Gunner Course and became a Bradley Master Gunner in 2012. He then spent the next decade rising through the ranks and positions which resulted in being the Idaho Army National Guard Orchard Range Control NCOIC for his last two plus years in uniform.
Currently retired from the military, Marc has decided to continue to instruct and assist people with the fine art of marksmanship. Having knowledge in the use and employment of weapons from small arms through tank gunnery, he can help you improve. Classes from basic handgun/rifle marksmanship through precision shooting are offered. One on one classes through group courses are available. Never shot a firearm? No problem! Marc can help.

As a Member of the NRA and USCCA, Todd has always had an appreciation for the shooting sports. He has always shot recreationally but until recently, never had the opportunity to share his knowledge. He currently works for St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Services working in outpatient physical therapy. He also is the director of Treasure Valley Adult Hockey Association providing recreational ice hockey to adults in the Boise, Idaho area. As a current member at Double Tapp Range in Boise, Todd decided to utilize his skills to help others to understand situational awareness and to empower them with the skills and confidence to protect themselves and loved ones should the need arise. Although new to firearms instruction, he is not new to educating. Todd has coached many athletes during his years in hockey. His attention to detail and communication skills are what makes him a great instructor/ coach. Todd continues to study and enhance his knowledge and skills from local and national leaders in the firearms industry.
